Before you can publish a video you have to first upload it by using the upload button
on the project page:

We create different versions of your video.
So they can be viewed on multiple devices with the highest quality.
Hold On
This means the upload & encoding phase is in its last stage and almost finished
Troubleshooting:
– Does the upload bar seemed stalled for a long time?
- Try refreshing the page first
- If the Upload Status Bar still shows the message “Hold On”, the server might be busy.
Wait another 10 minutes, the background process in most cases will pick up the processing. - If the Upload Status Bar still seemed stalled at the “Hold On” message: Create a Ticket in our Support Portal
